| Chinese digital terrestrial transmission system standard DMB-TH (GB20600-2006) is the mandatory standard of China. Terrestrial digital TV broadcasting is a high efficiency and low cost, welfare way to realize the signal cover. Audio/Video encoding and decoding standards-AVS (GB/T 20090.2) is based on our innovation technology and international public technology, mainly for high definition and high quality digital TV broadcasting, television networks and digital media storage and other relevant applications. China master major intellectual property rights, and the patent license is simple and low cost.Dual National Standards Digital mobile TV has successfully utilized two advanced Chinese digital TV standards, supporting DMB-TH channel demodulation and AVS+ DRA source encoding/decoding standards. This TV platform can provide the digital audio and video service, and it can not only receive the DMB-TH signal, but also decode multiple coding stand signals include AVS. Its'application can promote the development of digital television, strengthen our digital television industry level and effectively break foreign monopolistic digital TV patents. China has the independent intellectual property rights of these two technologies.In this project, we mainly focus on how to realize the mobile digital TV. On the base of brief introduction about the overall design and hardware design, we research the construction of software system, and realize the fuctions of digital television reception, digital video and audio, data broadcast, multimedia play, electronic program guide, emergency radio, push download storage, CA, etc. We apply layered structure design and modular programming method for Digital Mobile TV software design, according to the request of system portability and modular requirements. And we develop the software structure and realize the functions of different parts. We analyse and design the function, call mechanism, the function interface and data strcture definition in detail for the program searching module, the SI analysis module and the NVM management module. We also introduce the stream analysis and decoding for another key technology, AVS.The Digtal Mobile TV realizes the DMB-TH signal reception in the single carrier mode and the multicarrier mode, and compatible with MPEG2, AVS decoding standards. We take the lead in utilizing the DMB-TH and AVS standards in Digital Mobile TV. Practical application shows that the system we design can be effectively applied in digital television reception, decoding and realizing all functions of mobile TV. We provide the excellent and innovative solutions of the searching module, the SI analysis module, the NVM management module and the system design and optimization. The Product meets the market demands and the consumer's needs, and win the high praise by Digital TV Alliance and AVS industrialization Alliance. |
