Computer network as an important carrier of the information society, from the beginning of the birth has been profoundly changed people's lifestyles and working methods, and become most important infrastructure of the global information society in the 21st century, Computer network has experienced explosive growth and rapid development of Internet technology in the past 10 years, more and more users use the network resources. Although the network bandwidth and other resources are also increasing, but compared with the growing number of users, network still can not meet the needs of users. network congestion problems were gradually exposed. Therefore, to establish realistic network model,to design of advanced control algorithms to reduce network congestion and packet transmission delay, to improve network transmission efficiency and to provide higher quality communications services has become a hot problem in the field of information.The paper had detailed current computer network congestion and delay, to describes the general modeling principles of computer networks and to give theoretical model in node network information services. simulation experiment is carried out based on OPNET environment.This paper specific study data communication networks, and differentiated service model, and the object model,and the output rate adjustment based on network congestion closed-loop control strategy. simulation experiment is carried out on two kinds of control structure and service model to simulation analysis. The experimental results show that the control structure and control algorithm is effective.
