This paper set flying cut in cold roll forming production line as the main object of research, Firstly the three-dimensional model of cutting device of flying cut Pro/E are built, and then import the model in ADAMS which is a dynamic and kinematics professional analysis software, proposing the plan with speed control shear curve at last. This paper also research the state of motion of the flying cut with different motion velocity. This article is based on the same components as the research object, but with different velocity, to determine the device motion state and the requirements of the motor, and made the reasonable proposal of selection of motor.The traditional cut is a straight line cut off parts of the main components, with the rapid development of automobile industry, a growing number of auto parts also have the original press forming the transition to an efficient roll forming, cutting off the demands of the arc become a pressing issue.This started to do virtual prototyping are reviewed, and systematic introduction to 3D modeling software Pro/E2.0, MECHANISM/Pro module, and the professional kinematics analysis software ADAMS2005, and the detail and system introduction of model conversion.This paper is based on a practical cutting component as an object, calculated the x-axis and y-axis of displacement, and the derivation of the displacement rate derived formula in theory. After calculating instantaneous velocity in required time, according to the actual state of motor movement, controlling the speed of model and then obtaining the displacement curve with the actual curve for comparison.. Finally, comparing the obtained curves of different speed requirement.The premise of cutting off an arc component in this paper, dual-axis model controlled by servo motor, achieving the synchronization and precision of cutting the components with controlling different speeds of the servo motor. It will reducing the secondary processing of component after cutting off, and achieving the precision error that need in theory, also providing the reference and theoretical basis of actual production and engineering applications of the equipment.
