In today's digital era of the Internet, no matter what kind of electronic equipment are actively developing digital and networking. The Internet is to shorten the distance between people,the Internet is changing everyone's lives. This is also constantly monitoring the area specifically towards the rapid development of networks,digital video surveillance remote monitoring will become a reality,IP-Camera will monitor the areas of analog video cameras can not be achieved from a distributed low-cost long-distance transmission dilemma.IP Camera system is a way to capture the camera to convert analog signals into digital video streams of Health,and then the video stream via a wired or wireless network transmission systems,due to its use of network characteristics, and therefore not subject to geographical limitations,can be remote monitoring and recording. IP Camera allows users to see the scene from a remote real-time images to truly realize the remote monitoring and control.This research project aims to fully digital video surveillance as the core, based on ARM+DSP embedded system, using TCP-IP, UDP and other protocol library,Design and Implementation of IP Camera, the establishment of long-distance transmission to meet the needs of a distributed single-camera, with a small bandwidth ,high quality high efficiency,and comparative analysis of the two programs.FIC8120-based design implementation of IP-Camera System,primarily to complete the hardware design, including circuit design,PCB drawing,SI simulation,debugging. In this study,all-digital video surveillance for the purpose and thrust of achieving IP-Camera System. Based on single-chip program suited to the needs of development and trends,the system is a modern digital network camera solution with a highly efficient encoding and decoding rates and clear picture quality,especially suitable for distributed video surveillance area,the system low-power,low-cost,easy maintenance features for a new generation of video surveillance to establish a new direction.
