From the emergence of spoken language, to create the characters, from the age of publishing, to the e-media age, whether the information carrier changes, or the technology of transferring information changes, it all brings a huge change to human life,social structure and culture, although the change seems so small. The information, which is produced in the various cultural contexts, is not just for describing a thing or people, but for inducing people to do something, he appearance of mobile media not only combines all the kinds of media perfectly, but also creates the new features, such as portability,mobility, on the basis of the features of all the medias. Because of this, no one can compare with mobile phone. In addition to the mobile media has brought a major breakthrough in the history of media, the author believes that the most important thing is that the mobile media has created a new culture-the culture of mobile phone, which impact on formation of cultural identity, such as people's awareness of social, life outlook values and so on.The proportion of youth group who uses the mobile phone is higher than the proportion of other groups who use it. That is to say, young people will become such group which is the most affected by the mobile media. To be the high concerned social group, the slight changes in youth's words,deeds,mental and behaviors will cause a great change in social development. As the popular transferring information media in youth group, the mobile phone undertakes culture spreading to youth for community, and at the same time, it gradually formed a unique culture for youth. This culture has a profound impact on the young people's cultural identity, such as mental, behavior, and values.This paper is mainly composed of three parts:The first part describes questions from view of the acceptance of mobile media and the using conditions by youth group. It mainly expounds why mobile media impact on the values of youth from the technical aspects.The second part will elaborate what the mobile media impact on youth's values from the cultural aspect. In this part, it will use the case of M-zone, one of the three brands in China Mobile, to discuss the problem. Because of during the time of brand creation and promotion, M-zone formed the specific mobile culture of youth.The last part comprehensive analysis that the mobile media impact on the reconstruction and deconstruction of youth's values, on the basis of what has already analyzed by above two parts.The emergence of mobile media have brought everyone ability to reproduce any form of information enjoyably. This ability makes the original objective information have the subjective nature, thus making the information recipient more easily control. From young people, it can clearly find the impacting by mobile media which formed during the information transferring. This influence has two sides-good and bad, such as enhancement of self-consciousness,pursuit of fashion or entertainment. This paper tries to discuss what the mobile media impact on cultural identity of youth group through above three parts. Furthermore, it also tries to provide some simple ideas on how to avoid potential troubles in the formation of youth group's values for media researchers.
