| Infrared image simulation, which supplies effective methods for the study of infrared radiance characteristic, has been an important research subject. Based on the basic theory of infrared imaging , a method of generating multi-band infrared image using one spectral band measured data, is studied.First, retrieval model of measured data is constituted, and the radiation from the surface of target is obtained by retrieving the shot infrared image in one spectral band. Second, surface temperature can be calculated from the radiation, then the corresponding radiation in the objective spectral band is acquired from the surface temperature through Planck's Formula, and corresponding radiation is quantified and represented as an infrared image. The study of extending measured data from long wave to middle wave and from middle wave to long wave is done, meanwhile, the coded LW and MW infrared images is obtained. Furthermore, comparisons of the simulated images with the measured images are made by means of images and radiation statistics. Finally, 3-D model of the target, which reflects the infrared radiance distribution, is constructed by associating the coded infrared texture with the 3-D geometry model. Then long wave and middle wave band dynamic infrared images in 3-D space are generated using the programmable rendering pipeline. |
