| In recent years, cardiovascular disease has become a major disease which threat to human health, and the incidence increased year by year. Cardiovascular disease is the world's most common disease and very hazardous to health. As these diseases have the characteristics of accidental and unexpected, we must take a long time to follow the patients and make a real-time monitoring.For the problems of current ECG monitor, a wireless ECG tele-monitoring system based on MEMS technology was designed for cardiovascular disease, to achieve real-time detection of ECG for a long time. The micro system Built-in wireless communication module, can realize to send SMS when the ECG signal is abnormal, meanwhile abnormal ECG can be transmitted to the receiver. System has low power consumption, small size and so on. Patients can wear a portable instrument to achieve real-time ECG acquisition and analysis, and once the system detected abnormal ECG, It is able to send SMS through GPRS wireless module. The system is simple for using, and convenient for patients to use at home.This paper analyzes practical significance of the ECG detection , explained the mechanism of human ECG, analysis of ECG characteristics and the main source of interference on the ECG ,analysis of ECG testing requirements. Based on the above analysis, the hardware circuits of ECG detection, power modules, LCD modules and other module circuit were designed. Based on the analysis of several remote transmission methods, the remote ECG detection project was established based on GPRS technology. Through the discussion and analysis of the method about how to control the GPRS module, Author designed the hardware circuit. And test the performance of the system, the test results meet the design requirements and the system can realize real-time monitoring.Considering the noise and interference concluded in the ECG data, the author analyzes the methods on filtering the ECG signal. The ECG signal is decomposed at different scales using the wavelet transform. The noise and interference of the ECG signal are filtered by using wavelet coefficients thresholding method. This method has the characteristics of little distortion and achieves good results.For the technology development, the paper concludes with a GPRS network based remote ECG monitoring system need to improve some existing areas and development trends. |
