With the rapid development of Information Technology,and the requirements of Educational modernization construction,more and more people pay their attention to the Education informatization,and more and more funds are being invested in it.In china, the huge amounts of captical investment have indeed promoted the rapid development of Education informatization, but there are two problems for uneven distribution of investments. The first is the construction of software resources shortage and the other is the underutilization of hardware resources, the low cost-benefit ratio has been a serious problem which restricts the development of china education informatization.The emergence of cloud computing provide a practical way to solve the problems of education informatization. Based on the analysis of the major IT companies'cloud services, the research selectively learn and research the latest Windows'cloud services—Windows Azure. According to the requirement of Laboratory informatization, design and develop a web platform which helps colleges to publish their laboratory's resources.The design and development of the platform is a Test-Drive for Windows'cloud technology. The Platform achieves publishing and browsing of laboratory resources, provides a good user features. Users can register, exchange and manage the laboratory's resources by it, and the security of the platform is enhanced. The research takes functionality and stress tests for the platform after it is successfully published, deployed into the environment of Windows Azure, grasp the actual running performance. Meanwhile, we estimate the cost of the actual operation of the platform by the Microsoft's cost assessment tool, and compare the fees with the traditional services.According to the development, we have mastered how to use Microsoft's cloud technology to service for Education informatization, and gather first-hand data about practical application of Microsoft's cloud services. In consequence, The research deepens the understanding of cloud computing, helps the cloud construction of Education informatization to pathfind, and accumulate valuable experiences for large-scale application of cloud services in future.
