This paper elaborates a new simple and convenient measure to evaluate the integration possibility and performance of embedded chip and ASIC chip with showing integration evaluation process of the Infineon's XGOLD110 baseband chip (C166V2 embedded chip) and Epson's XPOSYS (GPS ASIC chip) as example. This new way is different from popular measures which always integrate these two chips directly on operating system level. It only bases on the PCB board and simple cross compile and debug environment to evaluate the integration. However, the developer only needs to develop C code style testcase in the given soft environment without any other software language or tools to perform the whole evaluation. It means this measure is easy to be achieved on different types of the embedded core chips and very robust for debug and migration. Meanwhile cause dropped the embedded operation system, using the interrupt to control all the tasks. This elevation result is very clean and precise which will be very helpful for further system level integration.
