Abstract/Summary:
Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is one of the most important methods to ensure safety operation of the production process and improve the production efficiency. Monitoring and diagnosis system based on B/S structure can overcome many shortcomings and insufficiencies of traditional centralized monitoring and diagnosis system, so it has important practical significance.Traditional remote monitoring and fault diagnosis technology was discussed in this paper, and the advantage of remote condition monitoring and fault analysis system based on B/S structure was also analyzed. After the system composition, framework, rights management and implement scheme were analyzed, the opencast coal mine equipments fault diagnosis data management and publishing system was developed, and the system realized fault alarm, scheduling, maintenance plan clew, statistics, system maintenance, etc. In object-oriented method, website distributing system was designed and developed utilizing ASP.NET technology, data communication between website and database was realized combing with ADO.NET technology, asynchronous communication and cascade without refresh source in the website system were achieved by taking ajax technology. In the commissioning stage, this system has already entered into trial in a mine production site.In the end of the paper, summarize and prospects are accounted.
