Speech is the most effective, most convenient and also the most commonly used means of communication in our daily life. But, in the real life, speech will be interfered by other interference, which comes from the surrounding environment, the transmission mediums, the internal noise, and other speakers. This will reduce intelligibility and clarity of the original speech. So, it need introduce the speech enhancement to remove the noise mixed in the speech, and to restore the original speech signal.This paper gives a brief introduction to the commonly used method of speech enhancement, and we will give detail introduce about the Generalized Sidelobe Canceller algorithm. And we know that because of the mismatch between the estimated direction of arrival and actual direction of arrival, it can result in the signal leakage, and the final result is the distortion of the enhanced signal. So, in the foundation of this weak point, we give a new algorithm, which is called the decision feedback generalized sidelobe canceller and channel-aided blind DFE algorithm. The adaptive algorithm of the improved Generalized Sidelobe Canceller structure is changed to avoid the signal leakage, a feedback module is introduced to speed up the convergence of the systems and a Wiener filter structure is adopted to suppress the incoherent noise more effectively, and it can suppress co-channel interference and inter-symbol interference effectively. The simulation results can show that the improved algorithm can give better results.
