Because of the complexity of rotating machinery fault noise,there are a series of problems such as environmental noise and sound reflection.It is difficult to extract the fault information contained in the noise source from the information collected by the microphone array.And traditional delay sum beamforming has weak background noise inhibition.Based on this problem,the paper uses wave beam to conduct noise source identification and positioning of experimental equipment,and according to the fault point location information using generalized sidelobe canceller algorithm to reconstruct the acoustic signal fault point,through the simulation and experiment to conclude that the method can effectively reduce the signals produced by traditional beamforming algorithm,and improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the output signal.This paper mainly studies the signal enhancement of noise source by combining sensor array with beamforming algorithm.The specific research contents include:Firstly,the paper introduced basic knowledge of acoustic testing,and the theoretical models of beamforming narrowband and wideband sound sources are given.The principles of time delay summation,Minimum variance distortionless response algorithm,Linearly constrained minimum variance algorithm and other beamforming algorithms are introduced.Since beamforming is based on the measurement of sensor array,the sensor array has some important influence on the output of beamforming.Secondly,considering the mechanical failure occurs,the noise signals inspires the whole measuring surface energy,the traditional beamforming to measure the sound pressure and sound intensity values as the location of the sound source fault judgment may produce error,and the actual position with reverse beamforming technique reduction by measuring the temporal information,laying the kurtosis value of the time domain signal instead of maximum energy position information,to pinpoint the location of the fault happened.Finally,the paper,based on theoretical research,to conduct the experimental verification.Taking the bearing fault of mechanical equipment as an object,the signal enhancement processing of the fault point location is conducted by using the generalized sidelobe canceller algorithm,and the fault is analyzed and diagnosed.
