Studying And Development Of The Server In Mobile Video Conference System

With the 3G technology becoming more and more popular, People can enjoy a higher quality network and better services of mobile phone. New 3G service, make people to enjoy high-quality network video possible. Mobile video conference system came into being. It allows people to participate in video conference in anytime and anywhere by mobile. In this area, it has been a lot of related technologies, due to popularity of 3G having not too long times in our country, 3G mobile phone video conference technology has yet to be further improved.Firstly, this paper introduces conference server related technologies such as the SIP, SDP, RTP / RTCP protocols as well as audio and video codec. Secondly, through video-conferencing model for common analysis and the advantages and disadvantages compared to determine the server uses the centralized conference model. After that, we give the whole design of program. Finally, according to the program we has implement a high-performance, practical mobile video conferencing servers.After testing, this system has good stability, and it could achieve the audio and video conferencing between multiple clients, so it verifies the efficiency and rationality of the system design. We believe that mobile video conferencing systems will have even broader market with the popularity of 3G and network technology further development.
