With development of technology and increasing of application requirements, the speed of data processing of traditional CCD signal acquisition system can not meet the demands of rapid recognition and real-time detection for dynamic targets. So it is of great importance to develop a high-speed CCD signal acquisition and processing system.As an important part of development for high-speed CCD signal acquisition and processing system, a complete software process is designed for the TS101 which is a high-performance DSP chip in the system to achieve high-speed data processing. And it is based on the design ideas of actual hardware circuit, as well as signal processing requirements. For the specific application of laser direction-measurement, an efficient algorithm is proposed which can be used in high-precision measurement about the wavelength and incident angle information of pulsed laser in the strong background. PC-applications which based on the high-speed CCD signal acquisition and processing system is designed for the communication between hardware system and PC, and it can be used to receive data which sent by the system and to control its operation status. The system works correctly and stably, and can meet the demands of rapid recognition and real-time detection for dynamic targets.
