Research On And Implementation Of Fishery Communication System Based On CDMA Network

China is a big fishery country in which the sea area is vast. The ocean fishery wireless systems of our country with numerous stations have already formed a large scale after several decades of development. In general, however, they can not satisfy the demands of modern fishery productions, managements and emergency response. There still exist a series of problems such as backward construction plan, tightly shortage of frequency resources, lag of network and equipments techniques, and poor management methods etc. According to the problem mentioned above and actual circumstances, a fishery communication system based on the CDMA network is proposed in this thesis. Based on the CDMA public network, this fishery communication system is a comprehensive information management system of the ocean fishing boat with safety operation. In this system, GPS high accuracy satellite positioning technique and the embedded operattion system WinCE are applied.Firstly, based on the current research conditions and technique backgrounds, the principle of the system implementation, the software and hardware platform of the system, and its key technologies are presented. Secondly, The design schemes of the system are described in detail, which includes the design indexes of the system, function description and total frame diagram. Thirdly, The details of the software programming process of the system are described. At the part of radio terminal, the emphasis is put on the discussion of using AT instruction to control the CDMA mode to carry out the communication functions. At the aspect of management platform, we discuss the implement of network management function by Winsock and multithread programming. Then, the system functions are implemented by visual studio 2005 on the hardware platform, which verifies the feasibility of project. Finally, the shortage of the existence system design is summed up, and the further work is discussed.
