Construction of three-dimensional model can make use of different sampling methods, a theory of three-dimensional reconstruction of objects based on reflectance and polarization is used for shape detection in this paper, which has put forward at home. It means, polarization of surface reflected light contains variety valuable information of objects, we can obtain surface shape and reflection characteristics of non-transparent objects from it, then establish the corresponding reflection model. In this paper, we use Fresnel reflection theory and the metal surface catadioptric model as the based theory, make focused on the reflective properties of transparent enamel usually coated in Non-transparent surface and its impact on establishing reflection model, provide a theoretical basis for the required of more development model when establish image processing. The corresponding experimental platform has build, by using CCD camera, transform the optical signal into analog signal, using A / D conversion of image capture card, transform the analog signal into digital signal then stored in the computer's memory , carried out image processing in the MATLAB environment, to achieve the shape detection of the image. Through a large number of experimental results proved that this method is validity and usefulness, it will have a wide range of application prospects and value in the non-contact detection and measurement field.
