Liquid Composite Molding (LCM) is a close mold technology. As a well-known low-cost, environment friendly manufacturing technology, LCM is widely used in vessels, military, defense, transportation, aerospace industry, etc. The product has good quality and quality repeatability, on which the operator's skill has less effect.Fibers Bragg grating (FBG) sensors is an optical passive device and develops quickly in the last decades. As which having advantages such as immunity to Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Radio Frequency Interference (RFI), and accuracy etc, FBG has bright prospects of application in fiber communication and sensing.From the classical Maxwell's equations, combined optical coupling mode theory, using the fiber Bragg grating transmission mode orthogonal relationship, consider the relationship between fiber grating refractive index perturbation, pushing permit the transmission of fiber Bragg grating theory and get Bragg equation basic expressions. Then in the Bragg equation, based on fiber Bragg grating strain and temperature sensing properties were carried out to push forensic analysis and study of the grating center wavelength change on the impact of sensor reliability coefficient proposed fiber Bragg grating strain sensing the temperature compensation method, the theoretical analysis of fiber Bragg grating temperature and strain sensing of the coupling effect.
