With the continuous development of an intelligent community, the sensor technology as to help people obtain information and an important means of environmental perception obtained rapid development. New sensors due to new technology, rapid development and wide application scenario, its standardization and calibration work is research hotspot now.Optical fiber sensing technology, as the representative of new sensors,widely used in smart grid, environmental monitoring, etc. The fiber optic sensor did not form a unified standard and calibration technology, there are some drawbacks in many sensors in the field of engineering work for a few years later, which will be a drop in performance or even failure.Therefore, the research of optical fiber sensing technology measurement and calibration work, is the key to promote the technology application and development.Optical fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is one of the key technology of optical fiber sensing technology. FBG in making its reflection spectrum will happen slowly drift after forming, affecting the accuracy of the sensor. A study of the causes of the fiber Bragg grating wavelength drift,design a long-term stability of FBG sensor is of great significance. Fiber Bragg grating sensor demodulation instrument calibration work also affect the performance of the whole system. Therefore, in this paper, the fiber Bragg grating sensing system of measurement technology and sensor demodulation system is studied. The main research content is as follows:1. The research scheme of sensor center wavelength stability,analyses the reason of the fiber Bragg grating wavelength drift and fiber Bragg grating stress sensor is sensitive to the variables, temperature stress in cross, design to improve the stability of the fiber Bragg grating stress sensor solutions, from two aspects of time sensitivity and temperature sensitivity is improved.2. The fiber grating sensor demodulation instrument online calibration scheme research and design. For fiber grating sensor demodulation devices need to have an external reference wavelengths for calibration, data is collected on their own design adjustable instrument interfaces and optical switch. Demodulation devices work properly,optical switch, switch to the usual work fiber optic link when need calibration, then calibration light switch to switch to the link.3. The fiber grating sensor demodulation instrument research and design of control software. According to the development process of software engineering, design requirements analysis, general design,detailed design, concrete implementation, software testing are the parts of software engineering. Based on LabVIEW and SQL Server software development platform, the design of demodulation instrument driver software has a graphical interface.
