In recent years, the world pays high attention to the problems of the worsening global climate and environment. The clean and renewable energy shows its increasingly important role in future. Wafer manufacturers rapidly expand production scale with the rapid rise of PV, LED industry and the sustainable development of the semiconductor industry. Small monitoring mode based on serial communication cannot meet the monitoring and management tasks of the large-scale production when the number of crystal furnace increases rapidly. This dissertation proposes and implements the remote monitoring and management system based on Ethernet and Web technology after analyzing the actual situation of production sites and the status of modern software technology, providing an effective means of improving labor productivity and enhancing overall competitiveness of products.Chapter 1 introduces the research background and the current status of monitoring and control of crystal furnace, describes the source of the topic and the research object ZJS80 crystal furnace and finally gives the research content.Chapter 2 compares the monitoring system structures with different architecture, analyzes the advantages of B/S structure, defines the scheme of remote monitoring and control system based on Web and introduces the related software platform to achieve Web services.Chapter 3 analyzes the different group network structure of PLC control system, chooses a new networking mode based on serial device server to construct the system network structure and describes the hardware and software component of system. In order to achieve data collection and command transmission, the dissertation carries out research on Socket technology and FINS protocols and finally completes the communication program.Chapter 4 builds the remote monitoring and control system based on Web after studying the implementation technology of the Web service. The dissertation designs in detail on the database systems, user interface, network security and other aspects.Chapter 5 is a summary of the whole research work, which gives an expectation to the further research.
