The technology of Machine vision identify has non-contact,on-line real-time speed, precision fit,on-site anti-disturbance ability, and other advantages,to achieve the precise classification of products.In this paper,machine vision technology and image processing technology,automobile wheel in order to achieve a variety of automotive production lines round of the wheel-type code classification as a statistical study,discusses the hardware system design,and include the CCD,collecting cards,light source,lens selection.Automobile wheel hub of the production line model has been studied character recognition.The article on the wheel model of character recognition system,each module has been studied and achieve.From the hub model pre-character image, as well as models of wheel-character identification elaborate.
