With the expansion of urban and the growth population, the traditional farm products logistics system can not be adapted to the growing market need. Baotou City, like many cities across China have this problem. Many cities have built up farm products distribution centers, but due to the low level of information technology the distribution center can not make the all functions very well. It leads to poor farm logistics and the logistics of farm products has also become a bottleneck for growth of enterprises. Therefore, the design and research on information management system of farm products distribution center is necessary.This paper, firstly, introduces the concept of logistics and distribution. And it introduces the classification and function of distribution center. It describes the distribution center management information system, as well as the basic theory of logistics and distribution of farm products. Logistics and distribution of agricultural research and theory are described in this paper and detailed the logistics of fresh agricultural products, as well as related research path optimization problem and solution. And then it analyses process, objectives and functions of Baotou City agricultural product distribution center. Finally, it designs the information system module (order management module, inventory management modules, distribution modules Road path optimization, and basic information management inquiry module) after analyzing the results. And it designs the logical structure of information systems and databases.The mathematical model and algorithm the optimizing for the delivery path of the fresh farm products distribution centers is the focus of the content of this article. In this paper, the sixth chapter the Baotou City fresh farm products distribution path optimization model is established with the introduction of degenerate time window function.
