With the development of information technology, the data resource has been used more and more widely and deeply. As a capital and technology-based industries, oilfield has accumulated a huge amount of history data in oilfield exploitation process. As Intangible assets, data resource is paid more and more attention by oilfield. The use of data resources has reached a certain height in oil companies, especially in large-scale foreign companies. And many oilfield companies have developed a variety of application systems based on oilfield data in China. However, due to the lack of unified planning and deployment, the application systems in different departments are often developed to meet the need of the special department, and no standard norm to follow, each discipline has its own local specification in the process of information construction, which results in difficult to carry out data exchange and data share. It brings about challenges to the data sharing, integration , analysis and decision-making for companies.So there is an urgent need to speed up the change of traditional data processing methods in order to effectively play its key role in oil data resources to meet the requirements of economic and social development. So as one part of"Digital Oilfield Planning"of No.8 Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield, the platform of data sharing and application in oil exploitation plays an important role in oilfield information construction.In this thesis, the research purposes, meaning, background and current development status are described, theories and techniques involved in the platform are studied in detail firstly0. Then, the workflow ,the system framework and function modules of the platform is discussed, the database, implementation of each function module is focused on. Lastly, the platform is implemented by using related techniques.The specific research includes:1. The current database existed is confirmed according to platform's target, the data from different departments is integrated organically through data integration, the data format when collection is stringent required. So, the data quality is in control from data source. And then effective data support for data sharing platform can be provided.2. Then the Web applications which data-sharing platform based on is established. The entire application platform consists of five functional modules: data acquisition module, data query module, data comparative analysis module, report generation module and customization modules. Each module is independent from each other. The user can choose application modules they are interested in according to their actual need.(1) A unified and standardized field of data collection is implemented in Data acquisition module. Through the establishment of the rules of data field's entry, data sources can be unified and standardized.(2) Data Query Module enables people to query oilfield data in a single query or an association inquiries, including basic information on the oil wells, oil wells produce dynamic (oil wells produce daily data, the oil wells on production data) and so on.(3) Data comparative analyzing of module realized compare, analysis and forecasts of oilfield data through the combination of Java and MATLAB, and the results of the analysis and forecasting for a variety of graphic and vivid manner presented to the user through SwiftChart control .(4) Report generation module group all of the statements by sector to achieve the automatic generation, reporting and printing of reports at different levels.(5) Personalization module allows users selecting the desired display function modules, adjust the page display style based on their individual needs and preferences,To sum up, the platform of data sharing and application is running at No.8 Oil Production Plants of Daqing, and recognized by most users. The results shows that the research work on the platform achieved the goal of data sharing and revaluation of data resource in oilfield .
