With the rapid development and wide application of information technology and Internet technology, everyone can learn everywhere and learning society is taking shape. E_learning has become one of an important mode of teaching. A variety of educational philosophy has gradually been accepted. But with the abundance of information available, the drawbacks of traditional distance education have become more seriously. The learners in an absolutely dominant position can not give individualized learners guidance. This paper designs a teaching model, which use the artificial intelligence. It can dynamically interact with the learners, and able to guide learners in real-time right to make the learning process to precede order.In this paper, we researched the interrelated materials, in order to facilitate the reasoning and organize knowledge rationally. A new knowledge representation is proposed an object-oriented semantic network with a combination of knowledge representation. In the beginning, you need to carry out evaluation of the learners to determine whether to carry out the current knowledge point of learning, and to get prepared to provide the necessary skills to learners. And based the topology of knowledge, this paper presents a learner would like to recommend to the learners knowledge and algorithms to recommend knowledge.By studying the communication between the Agent and writing research conducted in this system is given in model implementation. This system of learning interface is different from other learning system, which is dynamically generated according to the learner's learning state of dynamic change. Enable learners to learn dynamicly.
