| With the establishment of the thought of "administer a country according to law", the quickening of the legal process and the deepening of market-oriented economy, the legal system news is developing very fast in China. During this process, many problems arise inevitably, which disobeys the idea of law, such as media trial, news tort and so on. This thesis aims to use the discourse analysis method to study the texts of the non-legal system news, analyze its language techniques so as to reveal the rights disputes behind the news discourse, provide some inspiration for the legal journalists and thus improve the legal news report. By writing this thesis, the author hopes it will help popularize the concept of law, and thus does his share in building a society under the rule of law. |
