Smart Home not only has brought convenience to people's lives but also creates enormous social and economic benefits, however, the supporting technology of security has been a key factor that restricts the extent of its security and intelligence. This paper proposed a complete solution for smart home security system, based on multi-feature fusion personal identification method, combined with some technologies such as Positioning and Navigating by GPS, Moving Targets Monitoring, Fluid Media Remote Monitoring, ZigBee Wireless Sensing Networks, Web Server etc.There are some weaknesses in the traditional smart home security system, for example, single functions and low level intelligence. First, this paper presents a personal identification method based on multi-biometric fusion, which greatly enhances the efficiency in the compatibility and intelligent of system and supports any combination form of various features, meanwhile which improves system flexibility and universality. Second, this program introduces GPS to achieve Real-Time Positioning, Track Playback, and Map Navigating, etc. The paper provides two sets of solutions in fixed-point monitoring, the Real-Time Fluid Media Monitoring and Moving Targets Monitoring, which will bring more conveniences to users and meet the different requirements from various users. In addition, the paper imports ZigBee technology in environmental monitoring, which reduces power consumption of the control module and supports any emplacement of monitoring module. Finally, setting up Web Server as an extension and expansion of function of various subsystems, which will improve the value of system application.This paper describes the hardware and software architecture framework of smart home security systems, and focuses on personal identification of the multi-feature fusion method. More importantly, it formulates the hardware and software selection, technology programs demonstration and various functions implement method of modules. Finally, the paper demonstrates that the system has achieved goals through the relatively complete tests.
