| Nowadays, the application of AIS in shipping safety and ship dynamic information acquisition fields has become more and more important. Many departments and organizations have a thirsty requirement of AIS information. But our country's AIS shore-based network has been build by MSA and because of some reasons, the AIS data can only be shared inner MSA. The low utilization of AIS data caused those thirsty requirements can't be satisfied. So in recent years, some private-owned AIS shore-based networks have developed. Those networks can provide AIS shore-based information to users who have already paied through the Internet, and this welcomed by users. But those networks's information issue structure is unreasonable, functions are singleness, security is bad which can not afford large-scale concurrent access.By analys users's needs, this thesis studied the structure of enterprise-level AIS information issue system, designed and realized a AIS shore-based network information issue software system which have plenty functions and access control based in J2EE environment, DB2 database, and WebSphere issue platform. The issue system realized publishing AIS data to Internet and provided kinds of AIS data search services and customize services, support large-scale concurrent access and almost realized the entire authority control system which based on role-based access control model which ensured the security of the system; besides the AIS data publishing, the system also has some sea weather data publishing functions, so the system's services become more diversification and better meets the needs of users; realized all the publishing data have been displayed on the Web electronic chart, so users can enjoy the services easily.The AIS shore-based network information issue software system is an enterprise-level information system, which support large-scale concurrent access, and have many characters such as good transportability, expansibility and security. |
