When the condition of die and blank size, lubrication, drawing velocity, temperature are conformed; BHF (blank-holder force) is the only parameter can be changed in deep drawing process. BHF and BHF control technology is still one of the hotest research subjects. The traditional blankholder methods,in the course of the actual blankholder, it can not satisfy the requirements of the deep-drawing process.NC servo direct-drive BHF control methods, it control and change the size of BHF through adjusting the motor speed in real time, this method can provide better blank holder effect and has more practical significance.A dual-slipper and six bar mechanism has been submitted for BHF actuator in this paper,this mechanism can provide a heterogeneous transmission ratio, it adapt to the changeable speciality in the blank-holder course, and the curve of the heterogeneous transmission ratio has been gotten with the software VB.For getting BHF, the flexibility medium has been pressed to generate BHF, there is needing a piece of flexibility medium at the end of the actuator mechanism.The structure has been chosen which add spring at the end of the ball screw, and simulate the circumstances which there is flexibility medium in the system, and test the stability of the system.PC and PMAC form dual-CPUs structure as the center of the control system. Auto programming module has been designed, the software VC++ and PCOMM32 has been used as the tool of system management software. automatic programming can provide a interface, through the interface user can set the relationship between the slipper and BHF,get the emotion programme in SPLINE mode. In this system, the relationship between time and blanker holder mechanism positionhas been set by PC,and the emotion programme has been done by PMAC, and test the feasibility and validity in X-Y platform, has provided a new view in varied BHF control .
