High altitude platform (HAP) based communication system with semi-regeneration signal processing and sampling points circuit switching techniques solve the conflict between the restricted resource of platforms and the large capacity demand of customers. This thesis mainly researches on the design and implement of the circuit switching network of HAP, the main contributions are as follows:1.A multiple access and switching strategy of semi-regeneration signal processing based on HAP is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of circuit switching are demonstrated. Also, the structure of circuit switching network of HAP is designed while the performance of the designed circuit switching is analyzed in four aspects such as capacity, delay, blocking probability and function.2.The high-speed, low-speed circuit switching networks (including the framing module) of HAP are designed and implemented by FPGA. The low-speed switching network is near non-blocking, while the high-speed is non-blocking strictly, and both of the two networks can implement point to point communication, single-beam broadcast and multi-beam broadcast.3.The signaling and the algorithm of the switching control module based on HAP are designed.
