Based on the parameter of Mono-static/Bi-static Lidar system, the Mono-static/Bi-static Lidar scanning system and the Bi-static Lidar receiving system are designed. And the detective property of the system and the detectable range is researched. Concerned with the demanding of the Mono-static Lidar receiving system, the high speed scanning system with prism is designed based on the parameter of the whole system. The scanning system can be used by both Mono-static and Bi-static Lidar system simultaneously and also can be used by Mono-static Lidar receiving system for back scattering of the target. Based on the structure and parameter of laser scanning system, the equation between the signal receiving ability of Mono-static Lidar receiving system and the size of the prism and the plane mirror is deduced. It can be used for researching on the connection between the signal receiving ability of Mono-static Lidar receiving system and the structure of the system. Based on the structure and parameter of Bi-static Lidar system, the connection between the scanning range, the receiving range and the detective range is deduced, the connection between scanning speed, the receiving range and the speed of detectable target is analyzed. The Bi-static Lidar receiving system is designed based on the scanning system. Concerned with the different usage, the scanning system only use by Bi-static Lidar system based on prism or oscillating mirror and the receiving system is designed.
