Campus Card system has been widely used in many colleges and universities. During the campus card routine application process, it will generate a very large amount of data, this information reflects a number of covered features in the campus card . The using data of each time will be stored during process of using the campus card. As students consumer stable in the school canteen and are more accustomed to dining with the card, consumption data of the University in the school canteen, have strong representation, together with a high research value. This paper conducted a cluster analysis on the consumption level of the students to understand the current level of consumption of university students. Simultaneously, in this paper we analyze the spending habits of university students as a starting point to situation in getting up early. Secondly, we transfer the object of study to performance. As performance remains one important topic in university, we research on the student achievement. Finally, the frontal consumer behavior, habits, and student achievement for mining association rule, will be conducted in order to gain useful association rules. This process in knowledge discovery is meaningful, which can provide a scientific basis for relevant departments of the school in decision-makingIn the research process of this article, due to different sources of data, as well as massive amounts of data, data pre-processing is essential to the process of this study. At the same time, this paper focuses on association rule mining algorithm and, in accordance with the shortage of classic association rules mining algorithm, puts forward an improved method, which is on the basis of Boolean sparse matrix method, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the algorithm.
