| With the development of economy and the introduction of relevant policies,China’s telecom retail industry is changing. In some cities, this change is particularlyevident in the increasingly differentiated and personalized customer as well as theformation of the buyer’s market. Based on the analysis of this background, combinedwith a wholly-owned subsidiary of VSENS new generation of retail managementsystem, this paper is aimed to explore the association rules in customer behavioranalysis. Based on the data characteristic, this paper first does data reprocessing worksuch as data cleaning. Then it introduces some classical association rules algorithms.With the help of Matlab tool, it analyzes and compares kinds of algorithms bysimulation. This paper uses Weka3.7.4data mining software for enterprise modelingcumulative sales transaction data, and then use appropriate association rules algorithmto analysis sales data which is reprocessed. In the end, several association rules couldbe found. After the model algorithm to be implemented, the paper belongs VSENSBranch conducted an empirical study, the entire contents of this article will put intopractice. The results have certain practical significance and value of implementing,which is beneficial to help VSENS Branch Company make appropriate marketingstrategies.Most single-dimensional data focused on the use of the classical algorithms foranalyzing packages. Because of the complexity of the algorithms and the datastructure, the association rule mining applications on the multidimensional data in thetelecommunications is less. In this paper, the establishment of multidimensionalassociation mining model is used to optimize the allocation of resources for betterpersonalized service, and better decision-making for telecommunication companies. |
