An intelligent alarm and control system for electric fire prevention (alarm system) based on CAN bus is designed for satisfaction of performance indexs。Composed with detectors, controllers and host computer, system achieved the automatic detection of high temperature fault and leakage current fault。Through the alarm signal sent by the sound the light alarm device, the system can discover the fire hidden danger promptly, and used the execute device eliminating the fire hidden danger.Based on consultation of electrical alarm system development and the alarm system standard, the hardware design, software design and CAN protocol design of alarm system is proposed. The hardware design includes the system structure design and circuit diagram design of temperature detector, leakage current detector, controller and host computer. The hardware design includes embedded software design of detector and monitor software design of host computer, it has completed the region fire supervisory system software functional design and has given the program flow diagram. Based on analysis of the principle of CAN bus, CAN2.0 version specification and distributed intelligent system, CAN protocol design is proposed, and then it design a bus communication protocol for satisfaction of alarm system, which distinguishes the PRI of data transferred in different layers including physical layer, data link layer and application layer so as to meet the need of real-time and logicality of network.Based on design program, a sample system is manufactured. The reliability and timeliness of the system are analysised, the test result indicates the system could achieve the national stipulation the request. The system has some flaw, therefore the thesis finally has made the forecast to the intelligent alarm system development, and proposed some methods to improve system.
