Gathering And Pre-Processing The User Behavior Data In Full Flash Video Site

With the popularization of broadband networks, as well as Web2.0 technology, network video industry is global emerging in recent years, the media industry. Video website will increase the impact of modern life.Under the backgroud of Donghua Graduate Media Center, the paper works on gathering and preprocessing the user behavior data in full flash video site. In this paper, we make the user operating information spliced into URL string of the HTTP request and take advantage of Flex's HTTPService object to send requests to the server to obtain information on user's actions. This approach solves the problem of Flash and server's real-time interaction. While taking advantage to requesting to the external services page to get a session ID we cleverly solved the problem which the Flash does't saves the session information.This paper defines a set of identifier which can efficiently identify the user's operation information. These identifiers will be passed to the server with the same time as the request is. This approch makes the data pre-processing and data mining easier and more efficient.After gathered the information of the user's operation, we developed a application system which can quickly parse the logs into a database. This System can also pre-process the data through SQL stored procedures. Finally, the paper shows the Reporting System which based on this Data Gather and Pre-process System. The practical applications show that the proposed method is a useful tool on gathering and pre-processing the user behavior data in full flash video site.
