According to the guide of methodology, the paper analyzed data characteristics of current Medicare business, and divided the data warehouse system into provisional data layer, data warehouse layer and analysis of data layer, given the characteristics of each data layer, the data storage structure, as well as in the whole system functions.In the part of data modeling, context of the specific operational requirements of Medicare fund, this paper gives detail processes of data model and loading, coming up with a proposing solution of real-time data.
