With the development of social science , technology, cultural and economic , especially computer networks and communication technology over the past decade, people have taken more attentions to the development and use of information resources, which strongly stimulated the Internet and database development. With the development of Internet and Web technologies ,the combination of Web technology and databases to develop dynamic Web database have become the research hot spots. In a world, database service only for local machine dosn't mean much if the data is out the network in Internet Age. The main purpose of Web database system is to connect Web to database to generate dynamic pages based on database .This technology is called web database access technologies. It provides us with such a method, which can easily break constraints of the machine and local area network, so many people in different geographical regions can facilitate the implementation of operations.Remote monitoring can be achieved. With the development of automation and computer technology ,the configuration softwares are used more and more widely especially in the mordern times. But today all the users expect the smallest client with the highest effidency,it would be the best if it shouldn't be installed while required function can be implement via a remote server, then the scene will be passed through a browser to achieve the remote monitoring with the minimum cost. Therefore, the task developed a remote monitoring software based on the Web using decision tree method of the database analysis, and the algorithm has been improved at the final of the article. We can conclude that in the precondition of not effecting the decision-making of the database, the system processing efficiency can be improved by reducing the accuracy of stored data.
