Design And Implementation Of Library Circulation Data Analysis System Based On WEKA

In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology and sustained improvement of university informatization construction,the analysis and study based on the library circulation data have become more valuable.The library will obtain a large number of circulation data of readers in the process of borrowing books,such as user information,lending preference,retrieve the history.There is a complex and rich connection between the data information.Applying data mining technology to analyze the circulation data,and finding out the relationship between the reader behavior and the information demand,are of great guiding significance in scientific development,decision management and efficient operations.The research background and significance are summarized firstly,Then,the related technologies of university library circulation data analysis and WEKA data mining platform are introduced.The system requirements and the status are analyzed in detail.Finally,the overall design and implementation of university library circulation data analysis system based on the WEKA data mining platform have been overall designed and implemented.The main research of this paper is described as follows:Based on MVC design pattern and the Struts framework,the proposed paper employs three layer hierarchical model,namely the business layer,data layer and the data analysis to design the overall architecture of the circulate data analysis system.Three main function modules,namely the user login and information management module,data acquisition module,data analysis module and the system's main function are designed at the same time.Both functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed.The system design and implementations which is needed to employ the struts framework technology are also studied.The WEKA data mining software related interface,the integration principle of various data mining methods and code are done a thorough research.Other connection system in universities is known about in this paper.The connection system integration integrated with other systems in the school is implemented.The connection system mainly includes the unity with the integration of identity authentication and data replication business platform.The data mining WEKA-based technology employed to the design of the library circulation data analysis system is implemented successfully.The system is analyzed by using the collection of data and user library log,digging the potential relationship between log data effectively.And it finally improves the ability of library user service.The system as a powerful tool can provide a scientific and reasonable decision basis for the whole construction,management,document management of the library and improvement of reader management.
