Digital control is the mainstream of the development trend in control system. The Servo Sub-system digital design is researched to achieve the way of digital servo control in one new craft, which access 1553B bus network of the craft's control system as a Remote Terminal.The closed-loop of servo system control and the feature of 1553B bus are researched in this paper. Additionally, this paper introduces one servo controller design for digital servo system control, which puts emphasis on the functional hardware design of the controller.The digital servo control is achieved by integrating TMS320F2812 DSP, A/D Converter, D/A Converter, and Operational Amplifiers which is designed to accomplish the V/I conversion in this servo controller. This paper illustrates the following items in detail: the setting measures of BU-65170; the simple operation for analog signal and the design of sample-circuit; the V/I conversion achieved by designing a parallel negative feedback circuit which utilizes Operational Amplifiers.Experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of this servo controller in servo system control work. In tests and experiments, some defects are detected, which are expounded particularly in the paper.
