1 Background and significanceThe development and application of the equipment support information system is the important guarantee of fully displaying weaponry technical performance, enhancing equip fighting efficiency, and the realization of highly efficiency, precise, fast and prompt support. Because the coverage of equipment support information management is very broad, the development load of information system in the domain is quite huge. Adopting the isolated development mode will undoubtedly make the burden very heavy, the software reuse becomes the key method of solution to efficiency question.Components provide us with its virtues of well structure, modularization, flexibility and high reuse. The paper analyzes the equipment support information system and choosing the proper mode based on it, develops flexibly and assemble components to enhance the system application expandability and efficiency of development speed, shortens development period, reduces difficulty of system maintenance and improves stability of system running. At the same time its fast, high efficiency, economy and easy maintenance reduce the risk and cost of information system widely. The paper has high benefit of military and economy.2 The essence frameThe paper uses idea of components reuse to design and realize the equipment support information manage system. It has six chapters as following:Chapter one: Introduces the background and meaning of the research. Our national development status of equipment support information system, research contents and results, and the structures of this paper.Chapter two: Introduces the definition, classification and characters of components technology and design pattern; introduces the relationship between components and design pattern; compares the norm and standard of three current components technology, management of components; describes the developing process of application system based on components.Chapter three: Analyses the domain of equipment support information system. Firstly, it analyses the demand of system, the function of system and the partition of subsystem function. Secondly, it builds the multi-tiered system structure based on components and components mode combining character of components.Chapter four: Introduces design and development components of system which including design and development current components and special components of equipment support.Chapter five: The equipment support information system was realized based on components which including assemble components of application system. The material manage subsystem was assembled fast as a sample to introduce the process of component assemble system.Chapter six: Summarizes the main research content and conclusion and foretells the development trend of components in the future.3 Main WorkThe paper uses the advanced idea of software reuse, correlative components technology and design pattern technology to develop the equipment support information system and use UML language as assistant to design system. Developing application program is not start from scratch to realize system, just chooses the proper components, revises components corresponding and assembles components. Completed main work as following:3.1 Domain analysis of the equipment support information systemEquipment support information of our army should according to current weave system and state of equipment, the main operation including peacetime equipment support work launches around equipment management, equipment maintaining, material supplier, ammunition support, combat readiness management, personnel management and technology training etc., and wartime equipment support organize commanding and implement each aspects and prepare for peacetime and wartime switching to build integrative system of software and hardware. Through research to build peacetime and wartime integrative information platform of equipment support operation including ordnance, armor, engineering, defend, vehicle etc.3.2 Reuse component compose mode of equipment support information systemAccording to the generality of the equipment support domain information systems, the system adopts the multi-tiered system structure, is divided into storage tier, data accessing tier, basic object tier, operation tier and interface tier, every tier coordinates with each other, forming the powerful intact system.Multi-tiered system structure reduces the complexity of system, makes system with some virtues such as stability, expansibility, maintenance etc. This develop system way is a trend for application system, such as .NET structure of Microsoft and EJB structure of SUN. On the other hand, using components enhance reuse, configuration and maintenance of software. Combining the two technologies advantages can reduce the complexity efficiently and develop high flexibility, high configuration and dynamic assemblage system.3.3 Design and development process of componentReference relative develop ways and demand of component, as for special demand of component of every tier, the classic design pattern and UML language were used in developing components which make the arithmetic and operation rules simple and enhance agility of component. Developing all reusable components for the operation demand of equipment support domain are put into domanial component store which provide mature reusable elements for concrete application.3.4 Realize equipment support information system based on componentThrough analyzing the equipment support information domain, material management subsystem main completed comprehensive information deal,exact fast transfer information function to satisfy with different users and supply scientific forecast and decision for user. The subsystem offer rapid, exact support information for material manage department make decision, manage material storage furthest avail to use resource, reduce storage overstock and flow fund use reasonable. Material support demand was forecasted scientific avail to realize the aim of universal equipment support army material support powerful. It improve effectually lever of universal equipment material information, automatism management and degree of equipment support exact rapid for our army get well military economy profit.4 The innovating point of this paperThe equipment support information system design and development root in actual operation demand of equipment support which has high strong pertinence and practicability value. The innovations are the following:(1) Components reuse applied by the numbers to the equipment support information system design and development is rare in the past research , it reduces the difficulty of program and cost of development, shorten developing period of time, enhance use efficiency of software, extend use life of software, update and maintain software easily and fast.(2) Based on the domain analysis of equipment support and summary of former developed experience of information systems, it forms multi-tiered system structure mode of equipment support information system which reduce the complexity of system and make system frame more clearer for easy development and use.(3) Special components have been designed and developed for equipment support domain, such as, in and out warehouse function component, personnel management component ect., which enriched the equipment support domain component store.5 Developing directions hereafter(1) Testing and improving the current reusable components in practice, discovering and developing more reusable components in the domain to fill the component storehouse.(2) The current results will be applied to similar system of domain in the future, summarize and re-analyze domain frame in application, the abstracted operation objects in equipment support domain need to be researched further to perfect the frame structure gradually and extend the reuse degree of components.(3) Accumulating develop experience and theory fruits to create operation structure platform of equipment support information system gradually and realize operation system structure based on operation guiding and driving.
