Content:Since 1993, Turbo yards channel encoding technology has entered a new era. Since then, channel coding technology has been paid much more attention in the communication and coding world .Its related theory had widely application in practice. The major contributions of this paper give the number of certain capacity of error correction retated to channel coding and error correction method.Firstly,it is shown that a polynomial can be encoded a residual vector through a group of moduli.Conversely,in the solution space C ,a residual vector can be recovered a polynomial by Chinese Remainder Theorem.Furthermore,the concept of multiplicity is introduced. The relationship between multiplicity and Hamming distance is discussed.We also illustrate how to encode and decode by moduli.A new coding algorithm is also given.Secondly,suppose that there are errors in the process of information transmission,we show the method of detection and correction.For several cases of the special codes we give a thorough reseasch and discussion.We also use the new correction method to solve specific problems.Compared with the old correction method,the new method is able to correct more errors.Finally, this paper gives a more effective error correction method and gives a class of special codes .
