Research On The Transmission Technology Of Area Array Image Data Based On USB2.0

With the digital product being popularized, data transmission is the key tache, especially in the area array image datas transmission which produced by the area array CCD/CMOS. Area array image datas transmission mainly researchs on getting, transmitting information of image and storeing the image datas to the PC memory, and also is the basic of image processing technology. Now, many image collectors transfer image datas to a computer through the computer interface, accomplish their work with the help of computer. Traditional computer interface is expensive, discommodious and low speeds in image datas transmission. This dissertation proposes a method to build area array image datas transmission with USB2.0 interfaceThe dissertation firstly discusses common computer interfaces, analyzes and summarizes the capability of interfaces .Designing an area array image datas transmission program which based on USB2.0 ,and demonstrating the whole system.Secondly, filtrating the program of the hardware transmission system, and designing the schematic and printed ciruit boards. In this part the discussion focuses on the selection of USB2.0 host-controlled chip, as well as the design and selection process of each module. During each module, given the problems that should be noted in the process of design and the experience and lessons during the making process of the hardware system.Finally, giving some points to improve the hardware system.Thirdly, demonstrating the program of the software transmission system, selected the collection method of transmission for area array image datas. In this part the discussion focused on design of firmware, driver and the storage and display program for the image datas.Also, given the experiments during the design.Finally, the function of area array image datas transmission which produced by the area array CCD/CMOS is realized via debugging.And expanded the application of it under the embedded system.
