The design methods and realization about Pile integrity testing system based on the characteristic of the embedded technology are discussed in this paper. The hardware and software projects of the system are specially studied.The main work and achievements are summarized as follows.The performance characteristic of the pipe integrity tester and the realization methods of high precision data collection system are studied deeply with the basic characteristic of the system,through the analysis to the back stress wave theory that is used to testing the pile integrity According to the requirement of technical demand and function realizing,a holistic project about data collection and analysis based on the platform of 53CEB241015 provided.The testing system is made up of the collection unit and the processing unit. BasedOn the key technologies such as dynamic magnify technology, advance trigger technology,two stage pipeline technology, data collection unit is realized. On the demand of the processing requirement,loose-coupling processing unit is designed. In the end,each function module of the testing system is debugged.Software design,debug methods and software developing flow are discussed in this paper,which is dived into two parts. One is data collection software that is developed in the Quartus environment,the other one is data process software that is realized in the EMBESTIDE environment and based on the platform of S3CEB2410.Debugging and testing performance characteristic of the whole system is accomplished.
