As a newly arisen technology for sewage resource regeneration,the ecological sewage treatment technology can be used for effectively implementating of the treatment of wastewater ecologically and harmlessly.It has gradually become a research hot spot in the field of sewage treatment both at home and abroad in recent years.For the monitoring requirement of the multi-parameter of the integrated MBR membrane technology sewage treatment process,we use the embedded ARM microprocessor S3C44BOX as the core and the wireless ZigBee chip CC2420 to implementate of the remote automatic monitoring of multi-parameter for sewage treatment process.The main target parameters of the monitoring include:oxidation-reduction potential,dissolved oxygen,PH,total nitrogen and temperature.Among them, the measurement method is depolarization of the oxidation-reduction potential; Clark electrode method of the dissolved oxygen;PH glass electrode of the PH value;the ammonia sensitive electrode of the total nitrogen and the integrated temperature sensor AD590 of temperature measurement.For the specificity and the complexity of the environment of sewage treatment,we use the ZigBee communication which is specific for the wireless data acquisition and monitoring to implementating the data communications of the collection terminal and the monitoring center,and we expanded the means of communication,such as serial port to the top PC machine for viewing and storage monitor data at real-time.In addition,to improve the accuracy and reliability of the acquisition signal,we design a second-order low-pass filter hardware circuit to filter out the high frequency clutter wave carried by signal,and a limiting average filter algorithm to remove the falut data of all the measurement data in terms of software,and also use of the extended Kalman filter algorithm(EKF) to filter out white noise of the measurement electrodes.The software of the system is based on the platform of the embedded integrate cross-compiler environment ADS(ARM Development Suite).The boot codes are transplanted on the target machine and the application subroutines which including data acquisition,data processing and communication routines are developed on this basis.The driver of CC2420 and the ZigBee protocol stack are implemented on the embedded platform. Finally,we have developed the MBR sewage treatment multi-parameter monitoring software on PC.Through the software,we can view a number of acquisition parameters of the system in real-time and this provide of a guarantee for the further optimize of the integrating MBR sewage treatment technology.
