Digital City Design And Implementation Based On OpenGL

The paper elaborates the design idea and technic realization of virtual city—Shanxi which is a sample of Virtual Reality's Application's in digital city, and expound something about this system, such as, functions and applications, requires of software and hardware, data's collecting, model's founding, program's writing, etc. This system, which is developed independently based on OpenGl and Visual C++, and apply for 3D city sight browse, city manage, city layout, real estate exploitation, etc.
