RFID Reader's Development And Application In Dustrial Process Control

With the rapid development of information technology, the bar code because of its limitations, can no longer meet the modern need of industry process control, RF cards because of its conveniences, durability,high-speed service and so on characteristics,are applicated more and more widespread. Therefore the research of radio frequency cards reading devices for the industrial production has important practical significance.In this paper,Philips company's radio frequency read-write chip MF RC500 and the hongjing company's STC89C58RD+ has design of the 13.56MHz of the radio frequency cards reader. The design mainly divides into two aspects: Hardware design including MCU control module design, radio frequency module design, antenna circuit design and so on; Software design including elementary operation programming design of radio frequency read-write chip MF RC500, radio frequency cards visit routine design, PC management software programming, and so on. This article has given application of RFID data acquisition system in industrial production, concrete plan is as follows: In the automated assembly production line, gets the radio frequency cards for the main spare part, after the radio frequency cards reader gathers and decodes, the radio frequency cards information inputs in the computer server's database. After the comparison, analyzes various production lines and related data characteristics of production process, helps the manager to discover the reason of production efficiency hign or low. Disposes resources and factor reasonably, further adjusts the production process, maintains high quality, stable productivity. Each machine will have an only series number radio frequency cards. No matter the machine sends out where, will have the record. If gives rise to the problem, only need read in the maintenance card the series number, may assignment the complete related data of this product in the database.
