Design And Implementation Of Attendance Video Machine Based On Embedded Technology

Open source Linux operating system has a lot of advantages.It has been an agreement in the industry that Linux is the trend in embedded system design.So the research and development embedded Linux software and hardware system are useful.The Attendance video machine,which is mentioned in this paper,successfully put an end to the Attendance Fraud phenomenon,and greatly enhanced the credibility and fairness at attendance management system.Attendance video machine ,which based on Embedded S3C2410 System,is use of advanced embedded linux operating system As long as cardholders swip his card, Attendance video machine can automatically take his picture,display of his name,empoylee ID, swiping card time and register photo,which will be saved in Nand Flash or SD.Users are able to download data by SD card.The paper gives detailed information about building Embedded System Platform embedded Linux and the U-boot Start-up process. It is analyzed deeply how to modify and tailor the Linux kernel, modify device driver ,realize the process of building and build the file system in detail. The last it indicated a solution to the Implementation of the Graphical user interface of Attendance video machine based on Embedded S3C2410 System.
