| Mobile Communications which has a simple and quick, real-time convenience features, has been more and more attention. The network service platform that this paper researches is a one of the two new network service system that traditional e-government combines with mobile communications, in order to gather opinions from citizen, follow-up process to deal with complaints, and inquire about work information by two ways of mobile short message and convenient service platform.This paper researches interactive method between mobile and computer network service system at first, and designs SMS server as a media to connect Internet and mobile network. SMS Server uses AT instruction set and Ajax technology to receive and send short message through the serial port. For service manner, system uses three-tier structure of client, server and database server to achieve information service based on Web Service. SMS Server, as client, uses SOAP protocol to transfer service supplied by server, and server uses WSDL language as output interface to offer information query services, in order to make mobile users to query all kinds of information. It achieves an information service system based on GSM/SMS.On this basis, the paper introduces how to develop the convenient service platform with ASP.NET and ADO.NET technology. The platform is dead against the application request that it should provide network information services and short message management synchronously. In the platform, we use soft keyboard and encryption algorithm to protect the security of user information, and use the shortest path algorithm to achieve the inquiry of the bus routes, and use the Web Service as data source to realize the inquiry of the train schedule and weather forecast.The system introduced above achieves the functions that providing information promulgation, collection and exchange service for both mobile users and Internet users. Finally, this paper has done sum-up and expectation for all the research work. |
