Application & Implementation Of PLM System Based On MDA Individual Drive & Uniformed Multi-modeling

This topic proposes a PLM design & implementation plan based on digital environment,drived by MDA individually & supported by uniform multi-modeling to solve the complicated relations among enterprise's Product R & D, production management and department collaboration.The thesis includes the following major areas:1. In accordance with Weifu Co. Ltd's existing production operation, combined with the progress of enterprise information, major problems exitsing in the process of data management about Weifu Co. Ltd are listed.2. During the modeling process, the characteristics of the different kinds of mission management models are analysed carefully, and the mission management model centered by missions are adopted finally.This model is suitable for Weifu Co. Ltd's actual situation.3. In the design of project management model,the mothod of decomposing layer upon layer is adopted to complete the construction of the project management model clearly and concisely.4. BOM is the core of enterprise's information management, It's important to manage these materials and to ensure the accuracy and consistency of informations among right BOM views including integrity of their data. The BOM's multi-views have been taken into account in the design.5. In order to ensure the system operation and the rights management model is designed from two ways which are access controlling object and access controlling system.6. According to the existing situations of Weifu, adopting the ideas about MDA model of personally driven & unified multi-modeling, the Weifu's PLM system model are completed successfully.7. In order to ensure the optimal performance of data access, the data access strategies and PLM strategies for database security are implemented. These strategies have the bright characteristic of Weifu Co. Ltd.Reling on digital platforms and reusable enterprise's knowledge base, through the effective management about the product development process and product information, the product design cycle is shortened, design quality and efficiency of collaboration between the department are improved.The enterprise's overall level and the profession superiority are raised ultimately.
