Design And Development Of Zhongshan Corporation Sales And Management Information System

Management system informationization for small and medium-sized enterprise is an important means to improve their competition ability. In this paper, a sales management system informationized plan is realized for Zhongshan synthesized-fibre corporation. Their executed performance shows the information system has many advantages, such as making enterprise information become highly sharing, accurately and timely providing information for manager to decide, etc. According to the requirement for their local area network and application, a correspondent improved network program is presented. The mainly content of this paper is shown as follows.1) Deeply analyzing and studying on overall plan, development process program, analysis and design process, software and network construction of manage information system, a construction plan for zhongshan sales management information system is proposed.2) An informationize plan around enterprise is presented for zhongshan corporation, namely using Excel server as a platform to develop information system.3) A novel implementing proposal is presented, which is combining RUP with XP to develop small-sized program, and using examples-and-tests dual-drive developing method, so that they meet the requirement of small and medium-sized enterprise informationize.4) Using UML modeling to construct information system on Excel server, that embody their advantage and safety.5) By analyzing on network management of enterprise informationize, theory, key technology, safety and advantages of SSL VPN program are discussed in detail. At last, according to the requirement of zhongshan corporation network management and application, an improved network plan is adopted.
