Educational Management System Database Modeling Study

With the fast developing of computer and network technology, the information building of school is fast developing in the middle 1980s too. But following with it is that people haven't the integer plan for information task and haven't the sufficient early consulting and argumentation. Different degree of understanding about the information and lacking of the enough comunication leads not to share the information effictively. The application integrating and the different user interface have been the biggest obstacle in the deepening of the school information building.This paper introduced Information Island, information integrating, the principle and trait of creative of school management information system at first. After considering the whole work process in school, the timely, consistency and security of information, I analyzed the business procedure, function and the network environment of system. Then, the paper introduced the database develop procedure and the principle of standard modeling. Data modeling is complied in accordance with the operational environment of users. The diagram of Entity Relationship Diagram can be relfected precisely on the model then entities are turned into diagram. The Entity Relationship modeling shows a organized data model..But in fact, we should identify entities and the relationship between them at the same time not one by one.Afer analyzing the limitation of the naming about diagram ,showing correlative data ,the seprating of data and its application,the paper comes up with a modified mind --- facing the object.It also expatiates the relationship among the entities in this system, the realization of application logic , the designing of reference inetgrality and the query model. This system is different from traditional 2-lever structure .The paper introduced data access technology which exists in middle component lever and pointed out the exploitative principle and realization means of MIS middleware. At last, the paper explains, in the mission of information building, leaders should give enough recognition, manage unitedly, establish the special department and make sure that all kind of resource have been integrated, assigned and used efficiently.
