Design And Develop Of ICCAM System Based On Oracle

Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) is the usage of computer-based tools in designing, management and manufacturing, by connecting computer with other sources to improve productivity. CAM used for integrated circuit is called ICCAM. Integrated circuit manufacturing requires complicated techniques, goes through multiple steps, and has a long working period, so it is necessary to use ICCAM, as traditional human-based management can hardly meet the demands of modern industry. At present, ICCAM is widely used in generating integrated circuit abroad and it is playing a more and more fundamental roles in improving the quality, pass-rate and reliability in integrated circuit mass production. Therefore, it is necessary to develop ICCAM in our country to narrow our distance from international advanced technology level.ICCAM system uses Oracle database and is based on web developing. The advantage of web is that it can reasonably use server sources, keep zero-maintenance for client software, simplify client operation. Once customers input the address of the server on internet browser, they may enjoy the service through website. Apart from that, all the data saved on Oracle database can be safely and reliably saved, conveniently gathered and shared, to meet the demands of industry management. In addition, through the integration of Oracle tool box, it is possible for the database to control internal visiting and organize the system and data in it. Because Oracle PL/SQL Web application is a developing tool box provided by Oracle database managing system, it can build intact junction with the database, which improves the visiting speed and inherited the safety and reliability and extension properties from Oracle.This paper focuses on the design and developing of ICCAM system on Oracle, it introduces the techniques and development; it discusses the general design of this system and the database, and the practical management of crucial components; it also summarizes the techniques necessary for system development, including how to visit Oracle database by PL/SQL, how to improve database, and how to realize safety and visiting control.
